Thurman Apartments is a two story classic “bricker” built in the early 1900’s. It is located in the Northwest Portland Alphabet District, near Montgomery Park, and one of the entrances to Forest Park is just down the street. We are surrounded by charming bungalows and row houses. In spite of our relaxed setting, we are just a few blocks from the popular 21st and 23rd Avenue amenities.

Building amenities include: on-site laundry room, smoke-free property policy, and free basic WiFi (courtesy of FastMesh, a local internet provider).

We do not allow pets at this location.

Included with your rent are: water, hot water, sewer, and garbage.
