The Timaria is a three story apartment building located in “close-in” Northeast Portland. Our location provides quick access to downtown, bus lines and bike routes. We are surrounded with a variety of local treats, such as fabulous international restaurants, local parks, convenient shopping, and boutiques. Even though we have so many wonderful surprises within close proximity, the building is situated in a lovely residential neighborhood.

We offer spacious one and two bedroom apartments that have great floor plans. Enjoy the convenience of a dishwasher, on-site laundry, parking and air conditioning. For your convenience water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent.

We allow up to two altered cats per apartment, but no pet dogs.
